We track your archive material using electronic bar-coding for each box. File contents are listed and tracked for ease of retrieval(if required). All items within our secure storage facilities are scanned to a location and stored on purpose built racking.
We operate a “Static Storage Policy”, which means the space allocated to your records is permanent. No matter how many times your records are requested, they return to the original location. We can supply and deliver any quantity of archive boxes your business may require which come complete with security seals.
